we will never know because we will never see hashiram fight this new improved madara.. but if we all us ar imaginations then you will have some that say madara wins and some that say hashirama wins...

i take it more as a meaning that hashi would be the only ninja that madara thought had a chance of beating him. Remember back when pein killed off jman? love jman to death but even i call bs when pein said if he knew how the bodies were connected he would beat him easily. You would be surprised how many mangas across japan like to put similar lines with big bad guys...because it conveys a sense of respect for their ultimate opponent, whether they could actually beat said bad guy or not.
Perhaps you should learn Japanese before you claim it's wrong.

Ok i wanna make some things clear... I am not sure he could defeat the current one but its possible because he defeated a Madara with ems , kyuubi and susanno... SOooooooo we have to realise a edo hashirama wouldnt stand a chance because when they die there will of fire leaves definitely doesnt come back to a edo version.... so a edo hashirama who lost to a ,will of fire old version of 3rd kage , wouldnt defeat this madara. ontop of that. Hashirama had those major giant scrolls with him that probably were tossed around flew around , and even underground from his jutsu when he needed them..
So living Hashirama + will of fire greater then younger living Madara with ems , kyuubi and susanno.
Edo hashirama ide say is weaker then current Edo madara with rinnengan , and hasirama cells.
While writing this a Kabuto stated hs edo tensei is on a different level then the previous kage and orochimaru so maybe Kabuto's hashirama wouldve been stronger then orochimaru's hashirama. i dunno jus saying.

So true an people should stop saying edo madara. Edo madara is basicly kabuto and have the fanboys forgotton that he is made stronger than his prime by kabuto lmao so if madara gets to have improvements then so does hashirama if you are going to talk about them fighting again.

Isnt it kind of obvious? Kishi is not trying to make us make a calculation or smthn to find that hashi >rinnegan madara..
Ur taking his words and trying to get every point possible.. If it was like that then naruto manga would be full of crap..
Kishi is just trying to tell them that hashi > madara.. Thats all, he is not comparing, if he meant to compare then hashi can stop edo madara.. And i dont really think he can

If Harishima beat Madara multiple times, at best, the current Madara would give him a challenge, but he will lose as always. What was the improvement Kabuto did anyways? Just the Wood Release as most people assume? (I assume Madara died of old age since he met Nagato, so Kabuto revived Madara in a young state, WITH the Rinnegan unlocked, thus, past his PRIME.). Madara was just a failure his entire life who became the first Hokage's fanboy. Danzo attaining Harishima's DNA did not make him better than Harishima.
