Lmfao! Both sides can win this fight. It will be whatever team makes a mistake first. Also it depends on minato really. If he uses s/t to warp one of the combatants to the other side of the world then comes BK I believe jman minato wins. If not then unless jman goes sm then no they don't win. Whenever you make a vs threat include location, restirctions, info and distance. All this really help in certain scenario's.

Anyway whoever takes it will take it with high diff. Mu is a katon, fuuton and doton user, but he hasnt shown us any techniques within this field unlike onoki therefore if he splits and cannot use dust release anymore he isnt really that useful in this fight.

Whether jiraiya in base can sense mu with this technique is debateable;

Since the op is vague id assume minato has tags outside the battle location meaning he just teleports jiraiya which will allow him to get into sm. In sm he has ma and pa which could trouble mu's invisibility;

what is the confusion with jiraiya barrier?

muu becomes invisible and erases his chakra so sensors like karin and C wont sense.
