im going to say no. Something that powerful would be too broken if an MS user got it. Also you gotta think no uchiha (given their notorious history of low chakra levels) would have the chakra to conjure and maintain that monster for long and im willing to bet a beast of a tech like that would almost guarantee instablind on your sharingan so even if he had it, it would be useless to him since it would very likely kill him. If someone has a nuke but cant use it because it will kill them too, what good is the nuke?
