Which Madara are you talking about? He awakened Rinnegan before he died, so are you talking about Madara when he was alive or EMS Madara? Be specific about which Madara. EMS Madara, Alive Madara, etc.

Because before he died he did awaken Rinnegan, so he would have had Rinnegan if you were just talking about him being alive with everything before he died.

Madara had the Rinnegan before he died... He awakened it himself.

In this whole fight madara had he not had the rinnegan + mokuton he would´ve died 3 times in that whole fight, being edo helped him alot.
The kages were close to dying yes but Madara basically died 3 times already.

The only Madara who doesn't have rinnegan + mokuton is the one who fought with Hashirama but then he had Kurama(with both Yin and Yang Chakra)xd. So the weakest Madara is the one immediatly after his defeat to Hashirama, while not attaining full control over mokuton nor unlocking rinnegan, but still that Madara could have easily pulled an Izanagi(pure supposition).

Anyways nobody's gonna bring back that old Madara since there must be a good balance of power between the good and bad side in any 'not boring' story. Well that aside none of the current Kage have worked as a 5-man group yet so they must brush up on teamwork if they are to defeat Edo Madara. Yet it could be the series protagonist or even Madara's pride itself that will eventually lead to his downfall:shrug:l. Who is to say that one of the Kage has some unique jutsu like Kumoi or that 'rebirth thingy' Tsunade used, let alone Madara having one unique Dojutsu like his bro(pure supposition) Tobi.

BTW, If Edo Tensei = spamming Rennei Tensei = never bother Sage o6p like but Godlike!
