That could explain their eerie resemblance and why Guy took such an interest in Lee. I wanna know what other people think.

Naaah Not really, Lee needed a role model, and he couldn't use Ninjutsu like Guy ( except for that summoning >_> ), so basically Kishi made them the perfect match, though I wouldn't be surprised if the actually were father and son >_>

And Genjutsu, when Kabuto put the crowd to sleep at the Chūnin Exams, Guy easily deflected it or something like that. . . that is. . . he is proficient enough to dispel a high-level Genjutsu, but not using, I guess. . . :shrug:

If Gai was Lee's father then it would mean he tapped Lee's mom when he was in his teens
