Could Toobi be the real Zetsu?

Tell me what you guys think i dont know if this has been posted before but what if Tobi is the real Zetsu? And by that i mean what if Tobi is the real human Zetsu controlling the White/Black Zetsu. So like when Tobi has shown that he has part of white Zetsu in his body thats just part of his jutsu but the White/Black Zetsu is a different jutsu but of the same kind as he used to replace parts of his body.

Well like i said in the question i didnt know if this exact theory that im saying had been posted before. And im saying that what if he isnt just part of Tobi what if he is an actual person named Zetsu and the White/Black Zetsu is just one of his jutsu.

zetsu has already been confirmed to be plant ninjas from hashi's cells

and the white and black zetsu look like the yin yang symbol
yang equals senju hashi's cells
so the yin part is probably uchiha cells and tobi is probably not senju or uchiha and just uses the white/black zetsu for the dna

But what im saying is what if Tobi is someone who made all the zetsu in an image of himself and his main jutsu before he got the rennigan and the sharingan (which could have not been originaly his) was based around the Senju DNA.
