*I swiftly step to my right, as you go to punch me, as i use the outside of my left hand to hit your wrist of your left hand, hitting it away from me. As i'm hitting it away from me, i grab it,pulling your arm, pulling you forwards. As i am doing this, in the same motion i thrust my right palm into your left elbo as i have a grib of your wrist (having hit your punch away) breaking your arm. I am now stood on your left side facing you as this happens.*

As you step to your right, grabbing my wrist, I twist my torso clockwise in a spinning motion as you pull me fowards as your right hand is swinging towards my elbow , causing your palm to get misplaced to your right as your body is flung over my shoulder , causing you to land on your back.

*takes a step back and taking a fighting stance like rock Lee, left hand behind my back, right hand forward *

As you spin your body around you elbow me, your back would be facing me, and so i tighten my grip on your left wrist and with the palm of my right hand i block your elbow, while grabbing it, sliding my hand down to your wrist. As i do i pull your arms together behind you as you can't bend them as i knee you in the spine.

As I continue my movement, you grab my other arm, and I pivot my right foot to roll with the motion that would have slammed you, rotating my body into a full spin, tossing you from behind me and also using the momentum to keep your legs from staying grounded. As you fly off I continue the spin until you are within view again.

I really don't get how you throw me back my rotating while i'm holding you. Can you try to explain it a bit better please?
