Madra found the hidden Mist village(theory)

Madra was the mizuklage ( confirmed). Since hashmira senju was the first hokage and the leader of the first hidden village i guess madra was the one to find the Hidden Mist village ( He lived in hashmira time so thats a evidence)

Also In wikipedia ( all of them) it only shows 3 mizukage. 2nd mizukge, Yagura ( 4th) and Mei teruimi(5th).So it could be first ( most likly) or 3rd .

He could have also made bloody mist tradition since he liked power?

Yeah Madara was technically Mizukage, because he controlled the Fourth Mizukage.

I doubt it , the village hasn't participated in the wars until now. And the villages' proficieny seems to be water release.
Madara strength is fire release (techically all elements with rinnegan).
Also Madara was never the one to hide behind others. I mean when Hashi took over Konaha he still stood against his reign. He even stood alone when his whole clan abandoned him.
In the end Madara died fighting what he believed in and never put a mask on (as far as we know) to cover his true intentions.

I think you got the characters mixed up. It's already been proved that Tobi was the one who manipulated the 4th Mizukage. Its shown in shippuden ep. 251. Its possible that he also lived at the time of madara and hashirama since he knows a lot about madara and rikudo sennin.

You don't seem to understand.. They've forgotten to edit some info in Narutopedia after it was was revealed that Tobi isn't Madara. So the reason why it says that ''Madara was Mizukage'' is because this fake Madara controlled the Fourth Mizukage, Yagura.
