What you are assuming is that when the hydrification technique is activated, the user just turns into a blob of water, able to be affected easily by wind gravity etc. but really the technique just turns your body into water. it still keeps its shape and is held together because it is infused with chakra obviously.LOL umm no on so many levels. what happens is its slowly gets pulled apart (more dropplets) and evaporates as it get broken down. chemically wise it doesn't take much effort to break water down. chemistry 101. Something moving so fast that it can tear apart you cellular structure can easily tear apart the bonds of hydrogen and oxygen. In regards to Naruto Rasenshurken which is now disengrating people and things it hit. I say its moving pretty fast to destroy water. I must of missed the part where the paths of pains only left behind a pool of water when they died
Apologize if you don't get it. english is not my first language.
The only time a RS has ever 'disintergrated' anybody is against Nagato, and that was when it was infused with senjutsu chakra.
On all the other times the body has been intact, but the chakra system has been completely shot.
The needles from the attack would not affect the bonds between the atoms, I dont even know where you are getting that from, atoms are thousands of times smaller than cells.
I dont recall the paths of pain ever being in a puddle when they died btw...
