Is world peace possible? or even in naruto-verse?

We live in a cursed world, everyone is full of lust, selfishness and greed. Do you think world peace will eventually be possible or just another fairy-tail story?

By the way, lets just assume if WW3 broke out, which could happen soon :shrug: !! What would you do since our wars are way different than naruto-verse, would you join the army and become a murderer or hide under the ground/live under the see...what would you do??

Don't you sometimes just wish you had some sort of power and fix this rotten world up :flaw: Tell me what kind of power would you wish for to fix shit up, leave your creative ideas below :flaw:

I'm gonna stick to discussing Naruto here - It sure looks like Naruto will end the cycle of hatred and all that cheesy bullcrap.

I can't stand it though. The unification of all villages wouldn't exactly be a smooth transition, so Kishimoto shouldn't pretend something like that is plausible. It would be a horrible way to end this wonderful series.

The whole hatred thing will probably be stopped. At least, it sure looks like it at the moment. The problem is that such a thing is nigh-impossible to do.

The Kage don't have to betray each other, they could part ways as friends and comrades. However, they shouldn't unite all the villages. It's a ridiculous idea.

LOL fail much , i live in New Zealand , looks like we'll be on the U.S,U.K and Israel side , i hear about it but not that it was so bad it could become a world war 3 lol hey its safe in NZ we export our solders out to help, no one attacks us haha so if your scared you can come here, its peaceful most of the time :L (not true peace obviously, but pretty safe )

Either nearly complete world peace happens or we're going back to the dark ages for a very long time. So really, don't ask yourself whether and if, ask 'how'. For people saying that humans will always be scumbags; this has been true for the entirety of human history. Now compare modern civilization to how stuff used to be 1000, 2000, 3000, etc years ago. Laws hold human excesses in check for the most part.
