I read yours, now you read mine- First off I think Madara and Tobi are the same being. They will somehow merge or Tobi will revive Madara back to life. Or whatevs-
1. I do believe they might end up extracting the kyuubi off naruto but he will survive due to plot no jutsu. The reason why I think this is cause kishi is showing us all the hints that Naruto will be the next jinchuriki of ten tails. This usually happens when he has the exact opposite in his mind. So I am going to say this before he SHOCKS! all of us. Most likely, Tobi/Madara will get hold of Naruto right after his fight against Sasuke where Naruto will not to kill Sasuke despite having the chance, He will win the battle of heart but purposely lose the fight leaving Sasuke wonder and Tobi will come and collect the weakened Naruto.
2. Since Sasuke still has hope of redemption, I would say the final fight would probably be between Madara/Tobi w Jyuubi vs Naruto and Sasuke(also they might have Sakura and Kakashi original team7)
During the fight Naruto, much like the sage, will get control of the Jyuubi and Ultimately defeat Madara/Tobi. Naruto/Sasuke will combine their wind/fire styles to create the most powerful combo ever. This has been hinted before during the rasenshuriken training arc.
3. Madara will finally accept his limitations and the wrong of his ways. He will see that hatred is the wrong way to go. He will also understand that he had a bond of friendship with his brother and Hashirama.
4. Now this is how I wish to see the ending, Being the ultimate wielder of the rinnegan and some other crap, Madara/tobi will have the ability to bring all the lives back, the ones hes responsible for killing, in exchange of his own life. So he will resurrect the entire Uchiha clan, who died because of his conspiracy during the ninetails attack. And then he will resurrect Itachi who died because Tobi poisoned him slowly, killing itachi and replacing him with sasuke was part of his plan.
5. And finally he will resurrect 2 others who died because of him. Minato and Kushina. Madara/Tobi will die shortly after reviving them. Naruto will reunite with his family. Kushina will cry and tell Minato, he was right back then using the reaper death seal. They are finally together just like she dreamed.
6. Minato will continue being the fourth hokage. (Tsunade died already when she revived naruto after the kyuubi extraction)
7. Sasuke's hatred will completely fade away after getting his family and clan back. Both sasuke and itachi will join the police force. Itachi will be the new leader of the Uchiha clan and the police force.
8. Naruto would still continue his dream of becoming the Hokage he knows hes closer to reach his goal than ever before.
Why do I think Fugaku is Tobi?
Because I refuse to believe they would show so little about someone who made Sasuke and Itachi. There has to be more to him. I remember Fugaku interrupting Itachi reminding him he had really important mission to do. What if that mission was to massacre his whole clan?
btw I actually like the idea of Fukagu being Tobi, that would mean the fathers or Naruto and Sasuke already fought. This brings more credibility to their rivalry.
