The bolded statement is actually incorrect. Sasuke has Itachi's eyes now but yet he cannot use Itachi's susanoo or his tsukuyomi.

Kabuto clearly said, the Rinnegan is what stays beyond the Sharingan, means, you can awake this DouJutsu, if you have reached the limit of the Sharingan. Did Nagato have the Sharingan? No, Madara possessed the Sharingan and awoke the Rinnegan then.

Tobi, who claimed to be Madara, said that he gave the Rinnegan next to Nagato. Thus, the real Madara, who actually possessed the Rinnegan, gave it next to Nagato.

This is the only fact I'm seeing here.

He has a sharingan eye, everyone is wondering why he can use MS. We don't know how rinnegan is unlocked after EMS so you should watch what you say. Have you ever noticed it looks completelyyy different from any uchiha's MS it probably requires some very special conditions to unlock it. Rinnegan abilities are completely different from sharingan as we have seen. This is why nagato can only use rinnegan techs and not sharingan. The rinnegan is like a completely new doujutsu. Funny itachi said something about after EMS a complete new doujutsu..

One possibility I'm seeing here is that nagato is madara's son and nagato's mother is an uzumaki. but I don't believe tobi himself implanted it to nagato, tobi's lying to some extent, we just need to be more patient and wait for tobi or madara to reveal the truth.

End who were the people who got killed by the Shinobi of Konoha? Nagatos adoptive parents? After all Nagatos mother was red haired - like all Uzumakis, and I don't think she had an affair with Madara. But well, some connection should be between Nagato and Madara - Why Madara should give his DouJutsu to him, why he talked to him as if there would be some connections between them ("Nagato this little brat managed to grow"), and why Nagato in this case doesn't know about the real Madara and his intentions?

I think Madara gave his Rinnegan next to Nagato, but not with a literal transplantation but with a special Jutsu, which gave Nagato the possibility to awake the Rinnegan.

There are a few things which are supporting this assumption:

• Tobi (who was Madara at that time) claimed that he gave Nagato the Rinnegan - The real Madara actually possessed the Rinnegan
• The Rinnegan can only be awaken if you reach the Sharingans limits - Nagato didn't have the Sharingan at all
• Though it seems Nagato awoke the Rinnegan by himself, he cannot switch off the DouJutsu, and this is only the case if you got your eyes transplanted

Tell me where it says he implanted the eyes. For all you know Tobi could have been the one who guided the shinobi into his house to kill his parents to force rinnegan awakening.

Also how would nagato/nobody not notice being abducted and have sugery on his eyes done. When sasuke had both of his eyes replaced with itachi he was in bandages and couldnt use his eyes for a couple days. How would someone miss this??? And don't bring kakashi and others who only had one eye transplated because it is not the same

First off how can you get rennigan without first getting the sharingan. Secondly kabuto already stated that nagato is a that they were implanted. Thirdly why dosent he shut off his rannigan after a while!
