Jiraiya could be brought into edo

Okay, I know that as far as we, know edo is definitely over... however everybody seems to think that Jiraiya could not have been brought back since his body was never recovered and thus, no one could achieve a sample to bring him back, however Kabuto is Orochimaru's apprentice aka he could've gotten a sample from orochimaru long ago aka a sample that orochimaru achieved in many of his battles with J man.... what do ya think?

Anyway edo jiraiya would bee sealed in no time. His summonings will not help an enemy and that is exactly what edo jiraiya would be an enemy. Secondly he cannot get into sm because he is an imperfect sage and will need ma and pa. They also wouldnt help jiraiya get into sm, therefore its basically base jiraiya. He would still cause trouble but will never be much of a problem
