I start focusing fire chakra in my body, then, i start gathering all the fire chakra in both of my hands, making fireballs in my hands. now, i start throwing towards you, hoping that the fireballs hit you.

Descripton: Creates small pillars of earth, small tools, and small shields of earth

Making a small pillar rise from behind you that slams into the back of your neck. This will break the vertebrates in that section of your spinal cord causing you to be paralyzed. The pillar rises the second I shoot out the water bullet. So it will interrupt what ever you do to defend the bullet. This is because the earth is already around you, it doesn't have to travel to you, it simply rises up, and it's D rank, so it's a lot faster. Because were at mid range, by the time you defend the pillar, the bullet hits you, by the time you defend the bullet, the pillar hits you.

I begin to suddenly hear the ground rumble, while seeing the water bullet, so i begin to bend my knees to build momentum, and then, i begin releasing the momentum and jump up into the air. Now, i begin to lower my head downwards and use.

O_O After this, I begin to perform the three required hand seals and then start focusing wind chakra in my body, then, i channel all the wind chakra into my hands. once im done channeling it, i start swinging the wind chakra towards you, and then releasing a vortex of wind, made of wind-chakra.

The instant you begin to evade from going into the air, water materializes around you. As it does it binds you, leaving your neck uncovered but your head covered, drowning you. I then control that water to then slam your neck against the pillar paralyzing you anyways and then throw you into the water bullet...

Description: The user releases a small amount of water from the moisture in the air and can then control the water that is created. The user can create and control the water created up to mid range in distance. The amount of water created is enough to fill a small bath tub and only lasts for one turn. However this source of water isnt great enough to create S rank level water techniques.
Notes:
- Can only be used 3x per battle.
- Must skip one turn before using again
- The water can only be controlled up to one turn
- Can only use water jutsu while controlling the water or until you release the water from your control.
