who in your opinion is the best and worst dressed and plz give reasons.
i like sasuke's outfit the most due to the jacket, madara also dresses well,minato dresses wellas well,and finally hinata and samui.

the worst dressed in my opinion is shikamaru, because he has some sort of chainmail netted shirt

Tobi's Outfit is my favourite, everything fits and looks comfortable.
Kiba is the worst, I miss his old hood.

Sasukes outfit's really cool, he's the best dressed! Rock Lee is the worst dressed, he didn't change his outfit at all, move with the times Lee!! Gaaras outfits nice too, among the ladies Mizukage Mei, Ino, Sakura and Hinata have god outfits...

Gai and Lee are looking funny but time passed and they do not disturb me anymore.
