yip i agree with this^. in part 1 while trying to get sasuke back neji did that super fast juken attack and lee was super fast in his fight against gaara but in terms of ultimate fighter it's hard to say coz neji brings more than great taijutsu to the fight while lee brings exceptionally well taijutsu along with speed
