Just be there for them both, be supportive, useful. If they need something done like shopping use your brain and go do it. Also sorry to hear about that, no one deserves cancer

Be by her side and support her as much as you can. Try to get her mind off of the topic, make her smile, laugh, have a great time out with you.
And I am so sorry for her loss, this is a horrid thing to hear. I hope your girlfriend becomes happier and may her mother R.I.P.
I hope I helped a bit and sorry again, take care.

Support both her and her mother. That's a big priority.
Make sure her mum has nothing to worry about when she's gone; show her that you will be there support and care for her daughter.
Also, take your girlfriend out or buy her gifts to ease the depressive atmosphere. Make her feel loved, but don't completely overdo it or try to flat-out avoid the reality of what's happening.

It might be hard for both of you, but don't lose faith.
Just be supportive and pull-through. The hardships will end in time, and happiness will ensue. :)

Don't tell her sorry, as it is not your fault. Try to give space when she needed, but be around when you feel it is the need (or she feels the need). Coping with something such as that is unpredictable, I say. I can't give advice as it something I haven't been through or had a friend been through, maybe these one time, IDK. Like others said above as well ^^, but make sure she feel its the need to want to talk about, don't ask.

RIP for later, but hope she becomes well (Miracle). Stay Happy and more.....

PS: Not really good at these. My apologies.

I don't think there's much else to do but to be there beside her, also, don't try to keep her from mourning, she will need it.
On the other hand, even though it might sound contradictory, if she finds something which takes her mind off of this sad reality occasionally, such as a hobby, that will help her.

My sister's friend got cancer and she has passed away since a while ago, there isn't really much you can do..

Edit: When I think about it, what my sister had trouble with was expressing herself during the time before her friend passed away, so a hobby might help her with that.

It all depends on what type of person is and your full situation. To be honest the only good thing I can say with conference is just be there for her.

Give moral support, by giving her hope that nothing is impossible. There are many who have won the battle against cancer just like Lance Armstrong, who now become an inspiration to all.

Get her mom to take huge amounts of turmeric. It has been scientifically proven to slow down reproduction of cancer cells and make them more vulnerable to cancer treatments. American Breast cancer society is thinking of making it a sponsored treatment when combined with traditional treatments. Turmeric is the root of an indian plant

I have also heard of more unconventional things that can help kill cancer but it seems to work only in certain people. It seems alcohol and spicy stuff (like Jalapenos and hotter) can also stress cancer cells to the point of dying (in some people). Normal cells have a resistance against it while cancer cells don't always. Of course such things can cause other problems.... but then again cancer has a very high mortality rate.

Tumeric, this is one ingredient of the Indian Chicken Curry. I guess stem cell treatment is much better.

Yes it is a main ingredient in curry. Not sure what stem cells have to do with this but I would get her mom to take huge amounts of Turmeric. It can help her chances of survival.

<_< A little off topic.... But adding turmeric and garlic to mac and cheese makes some kickass mac and cheese.

No offense man, but sounded like a Witch Doctor on your first suggestion.. and you sounded like a Chef on the second one.

I guess Beef and Tumeric doesn't mix in India

Hey mon? Why can a witch doctor not be a chef too?

But seriously turmeric has no real side effects and helps kill cancer cells. Modern medicine has so many side effects they have to devote half of their drug advertizement to listing the side effects from it. Somehow I think that we may be doing it wrong.

I put turmeric on my beef too :noc:. I have to have it on my burgers along with garlic and black pepper or the thing isn't worth eating.

The best cure for cancer is staying happy. When one is happy, the body produces Killer T cells, which are a type of white blood cells known to be effective in killing of diseases including cancer.
If i were diagnosed with cancer, I would refuse all treatments, because even if the treatments kill the cancer, they ravish your body with lots of harm. Especially chemotherapy, radiation and the human body do not mix.
Although, I refuse all drugs anyway, I let my body fight off any harm. After a recent operation to remove a chipped chunk of bone from my body, I was offered morphine, but refused and just manned up.

I don't know how much this will work dude....
Have it worked on anybody or is it one of the million random 'treatments' out on the internet?
