Will naruto get trolled with not being hokage?

What i mean is will the allied shinobi forces merge. If they do is there really any need for seperate kages. Or will everything stay the same and the peace thing is complete bs and everything is as before.

I wondered the same, however I don't think the ninja villages will merge into one.
The alliance will continue after the war (unless one of the villages takes advantage over another, etc), but the Kages will probably remain in each individual village.
This means that Naruto would still have a chance at becoming Hokage.

There is still separate countries, with independent feudal lords. The feudal lords won't give up there country just because all the hidden villages are friendly. Therefore since the countries will still exist, each country still needs a hidden village as a shinobi representative. Thereby all countries would still need a figure head for diplomatic purposes, so the title of Kage will remain.

He will be Hokage at some point, and even if all the countries were to merge into a single one(which is highly unlikely) He would be the leader either soon after or some time after the merging, which in turn would be even better than being Hokage.
