the akatsuki's are failures btw. each one of them had a serious major flaw wether it was arrogance, greed, pride or stupidity. most of them traumatized as well.and they just failed. they're world view and philisophical views failed.

again rather be a Kage because they are leaders, the strongest and most realiable, their only equal is the country noble.

also akatsukis arent leaders, they are more pawns unless your a Tobi.

How is the Akatsuki made up of failures? Each one was immensely powerful. Take Deidara for example; he outwitted and defeated a Kage. Some of the Akatsuki are much stronger than the Kages. Plus, Tobi's plan is better than what the Kages are doing. I'd rather have peace and be asleep than have war and be free. And some Kages have major flaws too. Summary: Akatsuki are badasses, Kages not as much.

The 'Akatsuki' is a pack of Lion's, each of them have formidable strength,they walk like boss wherever they go,and they don't give a shit to any other ninja no matter how powerful he is.

Kage are respected ninja's,But most of the time sit in there office doing paperwork, I would prefer wondering with lion's rather then doing paper work.

Idk. There were Kages who were villains kind of too. Onoki is a protagonist now, but he's hired the akatsuki a number of times I think that made him a villain at one point in time. There are only a few akatsuki who are on Kage level or above (tobi, Pein/nagato, itachi, Kisame and sasori) that's equal to the 5 Kage. I'd rather be Kage similar to the style of the raikage he's like a border line villain almost in his militant thinking and quest for power over the other villages.
