no but seriously every jutsu has a weakness..... for example kabuto used the same kind of sound gen on itachi and sasuke also he made the cave pitch black and yet they were able to use each others eyes to layer genjutsus on eachother. Two what if someone knows the jutsus is coming and uses some jutsus or idk JUST COVER THEIR EARS *note this is still a good situation for the user cause they cant use their hands but person doesnt go under the gen...*
