Lately I've been seeing this scan pop up a lot:
It's caused a lot of controversy so I'm gonna try my best to clear things up:ghehe:.
So first we must understand that Kurama himself is a force to be reckoned with. But him alone is not enough to beat a "perfect susanoo" user.
Kurama himself has shown that he has the raw power to match PS
( though personally I think Kurama has more raw/destructive power)
Raw power alone is not the deciding factor in this argument. Why? Because unless stabilized/condensed it is nothing but baseless attacks without any real strategy apart from victory via overkill. This is evident in Kurama being beaten/manipulated multiple times not by raw power but by technique (eg: Tobi/Minato/Madara/1st/Naruto + Kushina)
Now when you add say a perfect jinchuriki or someone who can use this power to its full extent, not in just one area but use it to boost all attributes its whole different ball game. Because as shown by Madara/TBB
When chakra is condensed/fixated/stabilized it makes hell of a diffrence.
To take it even further than a TBB. In this case, Naruto used it to boost all his attributes speed/strength/sensing by using Kurma. Any neutral member would agree that BM > Kurama. Because instead of this linear fighting style it had a bit of technique behind it which is what Naruto gave. Which was proven when Naruto using his Bijuu Dama to change the course of the other Bijuu's TBB instead of negating it.
I also forgot to account that the user of PS makes a big difference also, but that wasn't the point of this thread . I was talking about a Bijuu in general against PS.
So to conclude
PS > Bijuu
But add a perfect jinchuriki then PS = Perfect Jinchuriki
