Yup but i guess im the only one that cares about what happened to the samurai they need lawyers or something lol. Good discussion by the way.

The only way that he can get into a serious problem is destroying Konoha.

The worst thing Sasuke has ever done to Konoha thus far is defect from it.

Is killing one of the most hated conspirators behind the Uchiha massacre (Danzo - who was also working to manipulate Konoha behind the scenes so that he could eventually become Hokage) even considered a punishable offense? The only people who would defend him are the Elders, but they would hardly have a say in Sasuke's fate after (or if) he ever revealed to the whole of Konoha what they did to his clan.

Killing those Samurai and going after the Kage was merely to kill said shinobi. He only fought Gaara and them because Danzo fled like a little bitch and they stayed and refused to tell Sasuke where he was. I'm not saying what Sasuke did was justified, but how is it right to even consider killing him when many others have battled with Kage, Orochimaru even going as far as killing his former sensei and yet somehow only Sasuke's name is added to the bouty hunter's list.

The fact that they know that Tobi is a liar now can only help Sasuke's case, because he can easily claim to have been manipulated by the masked man into causing mayhem - since it isn't anything but the truth.

Naruto's chances of becoming Hokage, or at least a partial Leader in the Newly Formed Nation of Shinobi would greatly increase Sasuke's chances of survival and redemption, if only Sasuke learned to see the error of his ways.

I think during his battle with Naruto he will come to some sort of revelation due to Naruto's talk-no-jutsu or Tobi interrupting their battle and then he will inadvertently switch over to the good side.

Or, at the very least, that's what I'm hoping.

That would be interesting to see. Tobi coming between their classic showdown.

I agree with a lot of what you say and that is also what i hope will happen but i never said that he should be killed as a punishment, though if those samurai did die it would be a suitible punishment.

Also i dont think he can or would blame his actions on tobi because ( in my opinion that would be a dumb thing to make Sasuke do character wise, if you understand what i mean by that ) and also because he is the one who is trying to destroy Konoha he could have gone about going after the elders and Danzou in a different way not just joining the akasuki and hunting killer bee and charging into the kage summit especially since before he did all of that he really didnt do anything bad except leave the village because he killed Orochimaru and Diedara and they were bad guys so he was still kinda in the clear.

Basically what im saying is that he has made it very hard for himself to go back to the village because he has killed good people ( Samurai guys if they actually died ), Fought the Kage and i he would have killed them if he could have, he was also about to kill Sakura, he is working with Tobi, and he is trying to destroy the village. so really it was all up to him the whole time wether he went back to the village or not and he has made it clear that he wants to destroy it, he still has a small chance i think because there is still possibility that everyone will just forgive him if he turns good and helps stop Tobi and takes resposibility for what he has done but if he kills anyone that is good especially one of the main characters like Hinata, Shino, Chouji, ect. i think it would just be stupid if he is let off the hook.

Yeah, I get what you're saying about it being a poor excuse. A lot of his current fans probably wouldn't like it if Kishi made it so he didn't take responsibility for his actions, but if we're talking about returning to Konoha, he has to at least acknowlege the fact that he was foolish to believe what Tobi said in the first place (and that most of his actions stemmed from said manipulation). And I also agree he could've handled the situation differently, like searching for facts instead of getting them from a guy he just met. Since he made it clear that he intends on killing everyone, they would never trust Sasuke not to unless he willingly assisted in fighting Tobi and/or eventually chooses to forget about his revenge. But I kind of feel like Sasuke is going to show up to the Tobi vs. Naruto fight shortly after the Konoha shinobi do and seriously injure or maim (if not kill) one of them - to let Naruto know he's serious about the fight. Basically, one of them is probably going to die (most likely one of the ones you mentioned).

Sasuke actually has done a lot of things in Konoha's favor, and no one can really hold a grudge or blame him for the events taking place now, so they are a lot likely to agree to his return if he gets a good lawyer, lol. I think the only way they would allow his return, though, is if he agrees to get all of his abilities sealed away and possibly his Sharingan removed, because he's a threat even to himself in his most irrational state.

Easy. Izumo and Kotetsu keep the gate safe from intruders. All he has to do is kill them and infiltrate the village.

The only problem is the barrier. Well Sasuke can use some sort of decoy to distract Konoha. Change the soap that he uses so that tracker dogs don't know where he is.

If he gets the Rennigan than use Preta Path to absorb some different type of chakra so that byakugan users can't track him.

The biggest problem is Naruto who can sense evil intent but in this case Naruto is on Sasuke's side than he should have no problem infiltrating the village.
