Note: Requires a nearby water source.

Focus your chakra into our nearby lake, and then manipulate the chakra inside of the water. Raise a large spiraling stream of water, to direct at my clone. Make sure to rotate the water to make it's destructive force even greater.

~keeps releasing my chakra into the lake nearby us. when a large amount of water is infused with the lake's water, i uses the chakra to manipulate the lake's water. then i raise a large spiraling stream of water from the lake. as i raise the water, i add some more charka with the water to rotate the water as fast as possible and direct it at your clone~

@Adv: this jutsu can be used to stop a large scale fire of a certain area. it can also be used to attack or defense. it can attack to a single point from multiple direction.

@Dis: can only be performed if there is a water source nearby. against a quick attack this jutsu might be slower to perform.

Dis: opponent can create a large water wave and ride the wave to escape the whirlpool. the jutsu can only be used when the opponent is standing over water deep enough to create a whirlpool. i raising earth wall can be used against the jutsu.

Adv: since it's rain, the opponent may not expect a oily stuff to fall down on him. once the opponent gets wet by the oil he can no longer use any fire techniques:sy:. and a fire jutsu with it can burn the opponent easily.

Dis: (the opponent can always use a umbrella to avoid getting wet) the battle field gets all oily and slippy.

Run up to my clone, and hit him with a couple combination punches and kicks. Make the last one launch him into the air, where you will focus water chakra into your land, and then release it. As you release it, form it into a blade of water, which will strike him in the air.

Dis: the opponent must thrown into the air before attacking with this jutsu.
