And it is still unknown if madara is dead or not he could have escaped somehow and could join tobi.
The majority of the allied forces are dead or injured. tobi could easily retreat to his own dimension and come back out when he is ready to fight again.

Of course Tobi can retreat whenever he wants. I think he will have to do it soon. Unless, Kishi makes the ultimate troll of the manga and decides to kill him making Sasuke the final villain. Kabuto showed Tobi, how the Edo Tensei works. So he could make more possibly. It be funny if he revived the Uchiha Clan. Madara is unknown whether he will disappear or not. I don't believe he should be dispelled so easily, because the war will get lame. If i was Madara i would manipulate Tobi and then Madara becoming the final villain.
