The reason why I say this is because first of all even though we dont know all hes ablities we do know that he can become intangiable meaning things can touch him but instead go through him and kamui which by far is the best mangekyou ability because you can warp people into your mind meaning he only needs one move to beat people :scorps:

i disagree mostly because you said best uchiha. first of all he may not be one. second of all he has showed almost no abilities with his sharingan other than the warp thing. being the best uchiha instinctively implies being the best with sharingan and i just dont see it. i'd say madara, itachi, and maybe sasuke have better uchiha related abilities. however, this could change if tobi all of a sudden decides to start using his sharingan a bit more.
