yea your right. but it seems like it from the power that kurama has shown. its hard to believe half the power of kurama would still be this strong to straight manhandle the other biju seeing how full power kurama got owned by the 4th

Well the Nine tails is the strongest out of the other bijuu, I'm not sayin it's weak it's just not stronger than its old self

Perfect susanoo > tailbeast (without jinchuriki) = maybe true.
Perfect susanoo > tailbeast (with jinchuriki) = still questionable.

Naruto's biju mode has potential to improve, since now its limited only 5 minutes. And don't forget he also has some chakras from 6 bijuus.

evidently it's not seeing as Madara wanted the kyuubi to fight Hashirama for control of konoha, so apparently kyuubi is atleast on par with perfect Susanoo
