What's PSH? Also he said he wanted Tsuande dead, he clearly overpowers them and could do it easily. I hate it when "villians" mess around and i'm itching for someone to finally get killed in this war and fodder doesn't count. Nothing screams "I'm a boss" more than killing of someone important.

he (kishi) has no balls to actually kill some guys from "good" side
madara could have slaughtered gokage in a single move anytime but even he cannot do anything to plot no jutsu
