it doesn't matter that it was summoned by orchimaru or kabuto because kabuto is using orchimaru chakra so he can control it if he can active it than he can control it . i think may be madara use izanagi at end for remain in this world

The point I was trying to get across is that if Kubuto cancelled Edo Tensei; Madara wouldn't disappear because Kubuto didn't originally summon Madara. Madara is Orchimaru summoned Edo, the only person who can cancel it is Orchimaru. If that makes sense. Also remember that Madara is Kubuto's trump card, and it's not going to be defeated so easily.
