Who would win this Taijutsu fight?

Who would win in a taijutsu fight only? Base Sasuke, or Base Lee? The only condition is that the fight is a straight up fist to fist taijutsu match, no special taijutsu such as the hidden lotus or anything that requires the chakra gates. Stamina does not apply, although sasuke DOES have his sharingan.

thats like saying who would win a genjutsu fight itachi or Kakashi
Itachi wins cuz of his skills with genjutsu no questions asked

why do you say that?
bcuz if you go by the data books lee and sasuke have the same lvl speed, except lee has a way beter taijutsu lvl

and if you go by the manga or anime it never says Sasuke is faster that lee xD
