I already said it, they're fodder. Not very powerful, would only waste Kabuto's Chakra.

How can they be fodder when they are the last of the clan that rivaled senju? Kabuto could have done experiments on all of their dead bodies to try and awaken the MS in as many as possible, I'm sorry but that explanation does not add up and average uchiha was not even a fodder by any stretch.

Their bodies could have been buried in a secret location that Kabuto didnt know about. So he couldnt do it. MAYBE. Or hell maybe they are fodder they did get all killed simutameously by 2 shinobi LOL
