Do you believe Naruto is a ripoff of Luffy and Goku?

Let's start with Goku = Super Saiyan blonde hair, orange and blue uniform, have an old pervert sensei, loves training, start off in the series as a kid and gluttonous.

With Luffy = Idiot, immature, dumb, funny, dreaming to become the pirate king(in Naruto's case, Hokage), unpredictable fighting style and gluttonous.
