Madara can keep Susano as long as he wants wihout Hashiramas DNA, he has enormous chakra pool himself plus he know how to not waste chakra, he has the most battle experience of all characters.

And you know that because? Seeing how much even normal susano drains the user, I doubt he can keep its perfect form longer than Bee can keep his bijuu mode unless ofc you wanna argue he has bijuu chakra level without Hashi's cells.
