which month do you think has the strongest characters in it?

I think it's a tie between January and February.
January: Gai Sensei, Haku, Danzou, Hyuuga twins, Gaara and Minato Namikaze.
February: 3rd Hokage, Hanzou the Salamander, 2nd Hokage, Konan, Yahiko, and Kabuto.
Can't decide which one is stronger from those two.

(Also, I noticed that Yahiko and Konan are born on the same date! :O could that mean they are siblings?)

What.... I don't know the birth months of the characters... I mean i guess i could look them up but its sorta a waste of time imo....
Anyways from the info youve given us februrary by far.

And NO, just because two characters were born on the same day does NOT make them fraternal twins.
