*sigh* I think everyone is berating Minato, the 4th hokage, he faced the kyuubi as well and bested it, he faced Tobi and pretty much thrashed him. The only edo that the 3rd was scared oro would revive. I Say Minato was by far the strongest. All shinobi were told to run when they saw the yellow flash of konoha and to top it off he created the rasengan, the human version of a tailed best ball. I think its safe to say even with woodstyle minato's thundergod technique would win and even against tobirama's thundergod technique
