Besides, Edo Madara, whose body has been modified by Kabuto and got Senju Cells.

I don't think so. Madara was shown using Susanoo with EMS activated, until seemingly used Rinnegan to boost it to perfect Susanoo. So you have to have MS activated to use Susanoo. Since he couldn't revert back to MS, then no.

Even if Nagato is not the original wielder of Rinnegan, there is a possibility he could be able to revert it. Just like Kakashi can evolve his Sharingan, and he's not an original wielder too. In my opinion, it's just his lack of knowledge (Nagato doesn't know Rinnegan comes from Sharingan) that made him unable to do so.

I hate how Edo Nagato was shown to be powerful, destroying Naruto and Killer Bee with no problems, almost killing them, but then randomly losing to Itachi. He should have caught Bee atleast.

Kakashi can't revert it back to a normal eye, so Nagato couldn't revert it back to an EMS
