Small Background:
Not much is known about Mū's life, but at one point, Mū taught Ōnoki how to use Dust Release. Later, both he and his student met with Madara, and regardless of the fact that the two villages made an alliance, Madara insisted that Konoha be the superior power and Mū's village just follow the orders given. One other thing that we know about Mū is that he and the Second Mizukage were enemies. When the two men fought, they ended up killing each other.

Ninjutsu
Since we've mostly seen Mū's ninjutsu throughout the manga and not too much of anything else, most of my analysis will be conducted here. He was also able to use multiple elements to expand his variety of attacks.
Elements
Since Mū was a Kage, it could be assumed that he is also a very powerful shinobi, turns out that assumption is correct. One aspect of Mū's ninjutsu is his invisibility, Mū has the ability to become completely invisible and erase all hints of chakra, leaving nothing left of him. This gave Mū the title "Non-Person". Mū felt that if any shinobi was capable of sensing his presence, that person was praise worthy.
Mū is also one of the very few people capable of using a kekkei tōta, more specifically, Dust Release. Dust Release is a combination of Fire, Earth, and Wind elements that has the potential to destroy enemies on a molecular levels, in other words able to turn someone into dust, hence the name "Dust Release". One jutsu in particular is
Mū has also demonstrated the capability to levitate and fly, as well as being able to split himself into two duplicates to help escape a lethal blow, but at the cost of reducing his power by half.

Intelligence
Mū appears to be both extremely knowledgeable and analytical, when detected (small amount), he almost instantaneously understands how the person went about detecting him without any knowledge of the technique beforehand. Also (not really purely "intelligence" per say but I thought I'd throw it in here) since he has the capabilities to combine his reflexes and his sensing abilities, he can avoid techniques that even other Kage find difficult to evade, as demonstrated when only he instinctively managed to elude the clutches of Gaara's sand hands and avoid Naruto's attack from behind.

Seeing as how Mū can turn completely invisible as seen earlier, but when invisible, he has absolutely no hints of chakra active. Also, he has the ability to split himself in half, dividing his chakra evenly between two portions of himself.
