I never said naruto use Kurama's power in the fight with Kakazu. Naruto is a Jinchuriki, and because of that he has higher levels of chakra. Now in this scenario Naruto does NOT have Kurama. And since he doesnt have Kurama, if he used one rasenshuriken his chakra would be done.

About the chidori. Just because you dont have sharingan doesn't mean you cant use it. And like I said in my other post using the sharingan while using chidori gives you better accuracy. Like Minato said in that manga picture because of the speed the technique requires you wouldnt see your opponents counter.

If you take away there bloodlines sasuke would win, but for one reason how they had as trainers. Naruto had no one, sasuke had family.
Sasuke had great trainers thats why in the academy he was so good.
But when they had the same trainer Naruto grew faster then Sasuke, because he was more determed and not full of him self.
So it depends no when they fight.
