12 year old naruto : Cant even do a clone jutsu.

16 year old Naruto : can do better fight against legendary Madara than anyother current kage.

So what makes you think a 20 year Naruto cant beat Madara. And what makes you think a more than 30 year Old Naruto Cant Win against SO6P, i hate it when People ignore the biggest Fact the show name is " Naruto" so after the end of the anine You will know that Naruto is strongest.

YES, they improved in a sense that both Naruto and Sasuke upped (with kyubi and sharingan). Im talking about just both of them being "normal" and who will win.

CHIDORI that was taught by Kakashi to a normal (LOL: base) Sasuke, Rasengan taught by J man to normal Naruto.

Chidori has a flaw without the Sharingan (kakashi gaiden). as for the Rasengan I will give it 50/50 if Naruto will learn that in normal state.
