Lets say they were to fight 1 on 1.. after tendo pein uses almighty push to repel attacks, I believe that would br his downfall against minato, sense it needs at 5 sec interval to recharge. If kakashi figured that ouf so would minato.

Tendo Pain could win. As long as he doesn't let Minato get close to him, he'll be fine. Chibaku Tensei would be enough to finish him, as he has no attack powerful enough to break the CT's center of gravitational pull.

Yeah but considering minatos speed, if he find out about 5 sec interval, all he has to do shoot the shuriken thing he did on naruto movie 4, pein.will repel, and it wouls be probably done.
