I swear Kishi hasn't explained many things in Naruto, either on purpose or accidently. What are some subjects and discussions that you think Kishi will never bring up or have an answer to?
I'll say, Kishi will never confirm if Minato is faster than V2 4th Raikage. 4th Raikage was in V1 when he died to punch Minato, so now we'll never know.

Well peoples comparitive speeds and strength arnt important factors anyway.

But there are many holes at the moment that may or may not be cleared up in the future:

Why were the Uchiha absent during the 9 Tails attack

Why did the Senju dispand

What was the world like before the SO6P turned up

What really happened at the valley of the end between Madara and the first

Why didnt Tobi abduct Naruto while he was a hated child living alone in Khonoha with no ninja abilities at all

Why did Minato believe that dying with his wife was smarter than raising his child and taking care of his village (this is a j/k one but its still stupid)

Yeah, that was his V1 full speed he did to Minato. And V2 full speed he did to Naruto. So it must be Naruto>V2 A>Minato in speed terms

the byakugan isn't completely forgotten yet, it still has to be explained about ao's fight with shisui, the fight with the hyuga he got it from, and the illusion placed on the 4th mizukage and what happened afterwards.
