How could Jiraiya possibly lose to Orochimaru?

If Jiraiya has no feelings about friendship with Orochimaru could he win?
I mean he mastered the sage mode. i bet orochimaru didn't.
what were his chances? Orochimaru fought once with Itachi and lose without succes.
But Jiraiya met also Itachi and Itachi was no match so he decided to escape. *Calm down Itachi fanboy's*

Jiraiya has also fought pain all 6 of them and was able to capture one! On the other hand Orochirmaru is smart. Many years he was searching for jutsu's that make him life long, right? Also he revive the first hokage and second

Naruto mastered the sage mode, Jiraiya's is imperfect as you can see because he needs ma and pa on his shoulders.

The problem I see here is that Kishi symbolized that snakes > frogs from their last fight.If it comes down to Edo Tensei vs. Sage Mode, I'd choose ET. Of course Orochimaru's main weakness when using this technique is his arrogance, which has doomed several ninja before.

If oro doesnt **** around he shd win. But knowing oro he will professionally let J man summon the sages, go sm and let them have have a dubstep party. He will be caught in the gen and J man or sages might seal him off

When they last fought Jiraiya was incapacitated yet he managed to hold his own for a bit. We never got to see all the techniques that he was capable of. Oro for his part was not able to use his hands to mold chakra. So, back up in time to when Oro left the village and Jiraiya let him go, I think it would have been a pretty good match but in the end Jiraiya would have won. His sage mode (while imperfect) was indeed a very powerful form. Don't for get he was able to employ both Shima and Fukasaku melded with him and they were able to use their abilities as well. Jiraiya was able to basically summon an army of powerful toad warriors if he needed to (or they could summon the others if he was low on chakra.) Oro summoned snakes but never mastered the snake sage mode giving Jiraiya the advantage.

in a serious battle (which all vs battles should be) jiraiya would still lose

1. no time to enter sage mode

oro didn't need sage mode, or else he'd be too hax. oro lost to totsuka blade...jiraiya would suffer the same fate. oro was caught in itachi's genjutsu, but was still able to move. jiraiya would have been easily caught also, but would jiraiya be able to move? idk, i doubt it.

itachi didn't fight j-man because it would be stupid to battle near j-man's allies (aka the leaf). also, itachi doesn't have respect for oro, but he has respect for j-man.

what tech has j-man perfected?...oro perfected edo tensei. that tech would nearly trash jiraiya alone. and all you can say is SO? to a man who killed 2 kages in a very short period of time...

orochimaru would killmore than 3 peins before being defeated. he'd outlast jiraiya in a fight against pein. that's common sense. all of j-man's summons < Manda + 8 branch + 3 headed snake...so j-man would lose. every time. unless he starts in sage mode. oro is just on another level. :sy:
