this is all stupid when someone talks about base mode .

every body who got something he will use it . if you ask naruto to not to use kuubi it is stupid, he won many times without using kuubi . he even fought kuubi himself .

if you are fighting why won't you use all of ur resources .

kuubi is a weapon for naruto , same as seven swordsmen got their swords , and not just anybody can be a swordsman they were born to be swordsmen ( don't defy it cuz in hidden mist many tried to become one of them , but the best one could become ), similarly naruto was born with a chakra which can hold kuubi in . it was an speciality . you can't seal bijuu in some random people .

so what's done is done . that is how the story starts . that is why the story is worth listening , that is what makes naruto's personality complete , so stop complaining about it .

An uzamaki/senju body is not needed to become a jinchuriki. Take Killer B for an example. The uchiha's dojutsu wasn't given It was inherited. Kurama however was so your thread is invalid. And MS is never given.

I in a way agree... cos just as sharingan is uchiha legacy passed down through generations, kurama is also naruto's legacy as his mother was a jinkchuriki. So if one complains naruto was given kurama, one can also complain sasuke was born a uchiha with gifts (Normal blade vs Sharpened blade, is not quite a fair test for skill and talent). But the fact remains, Sasuke is uchiha and naruto is a jinkchuriki. Also those who think being a jinkchuriki is a cool thing must remember naruto paid with a lot of his childhood for that power(where as a uchiha u can be adored for it) and was continuously hated, even the teachers ignored Naruto so how could he develop his powers i ask? The real question is have naruto's combat skills caught up to sasuke's I'd say no Sasuke has more ninjutsu and shape manipulation to chidori (Naruto adds nature manip to rasengan but you know, Sasuke already had that in the bag) and also Sasuke has invented his own jutsu and his general strategies are better than Naruto's even though I hate it when people say Naruto is dumb because we've seen him whip out some sweet tricks with kage bunshin. I think Sasuke is given too much thanks to Itachi almost dies but Itachi didn't want to kill him anyway just the sneaky Oro inside then Sasuke passes out and wakes up with MS (thanks Itachi) so then after that he goes to kill danzo and looses his eye sight after his battles so what does he do? Gets it back buy using Itachi's power again. In the end I still think Sasuke is more talented but since MS he hasn't done much to make him self stronger besides practising Susannoo. BLAZE RELEASE WAS A FLUKE!

LETS SEE:
1. sasuke performs hand seals faster, Naruto's has sage seals
2. sasuke has more techniques. Naruto has sage mode benefits and sauke has got only raiton and katon techs only
3. sasuke is faster and accurate.Without sharingan sasuke has no way of seeing and predicting moves and so he will be slower plus naruto's speed is increased by SM
4. sasuke uses lighting/fire/blaze elements Blaze release need sharingan so no go, naruto has wind release so lighning is weak against it
5. sasuke uses the thunder dragon jutsu lol { itachi vs sasuke}
OK lol if u know about the techniques u will know that it takes a storm to use kirin, it was the heat from sasuke and itachi's katon and amaterasu that brought the storm (more like a plot no jutsu)
this is how the fight would go

sasuke charges naruto and his clones, sasuke makes clones of his own.Naruto can sense chakra in SM so he call tell apart clones and real there faster than narutos clones Naruto clones too are in SM and thus faster, boom all the clones gone, naruto is performing his wind rasengen sasuke quickly scans naruto's hand seals and reads the technique.Without sharingan remember? naruto waits for sasuke to get close and throw his wind ras, misses sasuke but injurys his bodyNaruto not gona use rasensuriken unless there is 75% chance of hitting, throwing rasen suriken does not damage naruto. naruto then shows up behind sasuke, which surprise him, boom giant rasengen, naruto thinks he has sasuke but discovers it was orochimaru's body shedding technique. naruto is almost out of sage mode Being fused with ma and pa he will not run out of time (kurama prevened fusing and he is excluded) and quickly charges sasuke but notices the sky has turn pitch dark HOW? dont say sasuke can bring clouds spoteneously cos he cant and he didnt even use a katon yet, see's sasuke on top of a cliff performing hand seals, naruto noitces he only has a few secs left in sage mode, and fires up another wind rasgen, throws it at ,sasuke sees this and fires off 2 fire release:great dragon fire technique, naruto just barely doges the last one as he tried to counter sasuke, after he messed up sasuke technique.Ok instead of attacking he can go hide BELOW the cliff as we all know lighning hits the highest parts and natural lighning can not be redirected as much, also naruto may throw the rasensuriken at the clouds to make the clouds disperse and so cancel the tech, we also know lighning is weak vs wind naruto notices thunder roaring from above....sasuke says gameover naruto tries to pull together the last of his charka to counteror can get ma and pa to use their tongue to pull sasuke near him or better have him teleported to mount maby and teleported back agains after danger has passed KIRIN. but fails sasuke takes naruto's body out the the final valley and throws his body in the water THE END.

Firstly, base naruto can't beat base sasuke -_- FRS only works on blank range point, he will have to trick sasuke for it to actually work which is not possible besides the risk of using it is quite high too while sasuke could just finish him with kirin.
Secondly, it's debatable if sm naruto could beat ms sasuke, the argument is way deeper than you think...

Sasuke was always more talented than naruto, but naruto can use ma and pa now for his sage mode(now kurama is a friend) so he will have more range now. But indivisually speaking naruto is lil less talented, nearly always was.
