Tobi uses Ameratsu?

So back a while i made a

- i basically asked what different abilities each person has depending on their sharingan and how Susano'o was activated.

I was responded with answers that basically told me that each MS give a particular ability, and unlocking BOTH gives you Susano'o.

So if this is the case, what is Tobi's MS abilities? - Does Tobi Have MS at all, and if not how is he using such an advanced time space jutsu + Shutting down Ameratsu.
(Izanami and Izanagi are not MS abilities)
1. We've seen him use Izanagi before with the fight with Konan (Assumes he knows Izanami too?)

So then why could Tobi escape the Ameratsu that Itachi planted into Sasuke's eyes?

Note: Konan's fight with Tobi informs us that Tobi must solidify to phase away - in which case Ameratsu would catch and Tobi wouldn't be able to get out of it.

As well as this - Tobi says that Itachi didn't know everything about him - but im pretty sure his teleportation etc was common knowledge for Itachi!

What do you think about Tobi knowing Ameratsu!?

He knows a whole lot on both Senju and Uchiha. The "secret knowledge" of his hasn't been revealed yet but we will see. He probably knows counters to all sorts of moves like Kakashi's Kumoi for instance and Amatersu. Probably the rest of the Uchiha abilities too. Nice thread though.

Oh and as for the use of Amatersu part. He probably does not. It seems as though only Mangekyo Sharingan possessers have the Amatersu and Tsyukyomi abilities since Itachi and Sasuke have never been seen using it without Mangekyo. Tobi has not been seen using a Mangekyo even in a threatening situation- like the battle with Konan. So Kishi is probably trying to the conclusion that he does not have one- for now.

I'm leaning towards three possibilities. One is he simply used his eye warping on it. Or scenario two he sealed Amaterasu away, Tobi's shown his sealing abilities are great and if Jaraiya could do it I'm sure he could too, possibly better seeing how it took Jaraiya some time. The third is a theory I put in a thread a while back, It could be Sasuke's dad. Based on what we've seen MS abilities can be hereditary so he could make the flames extinguish like Sasuke. This would also explain why he couldn't kill Itachi and is keeping Sasuke alive, all to protect his sons.

Lol from what I remember reading on the narutopedia, it said amaterasu is "the highest level fire release tech". Didnt read anywhere that the prerequisite is having MS.
