Before you Flamei am not a Naruto fanboy!!! The reason i belive Naruto is stronger than Sasuke is because of not just physical matters but mental.
1.Sasuke has been through alot more than Naruto because Naruto was born alone,even though he didnt have parents he had others their for him while Sasuke had the love of parents, of a family and it was all stripped away from him suddenly by a loved one which made him grow in hate.
2.For some strange reason Naruto learned way faster than Sasuke which aggravated Sasuke pushing him to the want of going with Orochimaru and becoming stronger than Naruto.
3.Sasuke's goal was too blatant meaning it had no layers "becoming hokage" that is something you could work up to and learn while on your way to reaching that goal while "to kill your brother" it was something to narrow he focused entirely too much on that one thing instead of taking his time and working his way to something of that caliber.
so when i say mental this is what i mean with everything sasuke went through life just screwed him wrong and until he can break the barrier of pain hatred and regret he will NEVER surpass Naruto.

Actually i would have to disagree Sasuke is very Tactical i believe he would come second to shikamaru however i dont think taking the sharigan from sasuke is fair unless were willing to take the kyubbi from naruto

Even though this is off topic of the original post, I think Naruto would've done a lot better in the first part of Naruto if he didn't have Kurama. My reason behind this is because before Jiraiya was teaching him how to meld his chakra with Kurama's for chakra control, the 9tails distrubed his chakra flow which barely allowed him to effectively produce chakra in a helpful manner. So without the Kyubi restricting his full chakra potential he may have been able to do a bunch of things easily, maybe even do rasengan with one hand.
