I believe, due to what we have seen, that Itachi is stronger than Madara, thus making him the greatest Uchiha. Madara has yet to show any power that equates him to Itachi,so lets face it, Itachi is the greatest! :shrug:

There's little evidence to suggest that Itachi>Madara. Madara has more chakra, has a "complete" Susano'o, and can toy around with 5 kages at once. Itachi is in my opinion the greatest Uchiha of his time, but better than Madara? I think not.
