Sealing Amaterasu

Jiraya is the only i know that can possibly seal amaterasu apart from the uchiha brother. Then someone gave the toads the ability to seal amaterasu which makes no sense at all. your thoughts

summoning tech itself is a sealing, also Jman used a sealing SCROLL which is not a jutsu its a premade seal that only requires acivation, also what would stop them from using a seal? its not like some godly force is forbiding them from it

Yes toads could, if they have the same scroll Jiraiya used. Jiraiya was a smart man he carried around scrolls of sealing that could be of use to him its not some toad secret.

He is a Sennin,that maybe a special scroll that he developed by himself. He also wrote the letters on the scroll(blanked) by himself too.
