Then why did Tobi had to extract kurama from Kushina? Cos inside a host the biju is just a battery (powerful one) ie, a seperate source of chakra. If it cant break out or stop its host from using its chakra it wont matter if it does moonwalk inside its sealing region.

Oro gave him curse mark, itachi basically died because of his illness and Sasuke was given his ms powers and didn't Sasuke go blind and tobi gave him new eyes? Naruto on the other hand Wasnt given kurama, he basically earned it. You have to have the right amount of chakra to be host of a tailed beast or you'd die don't you? On isn't simply given a tailed beast you really have to earn it in a way.

Kurama was bestowed upon him no one is simply given a tailed beast IMO

You didn't read did you? It clearly stated he suppressed kUrama back Into his cage basically cutting off the leakage of his chakra into narutos subconscious. If you go back and read/watch that particular part of the arc you'd see Sasuke standing next to naruto infront of kurama. Didn't look like anyone was going to attack.

Well if u didnt notice:
1. Sasuke only supressed part leaking out, now kurama's chakra is kind of a merged with naruto he can use his or kurama's at will.
2. Naruto didnt attack cos he was like 'WTF is sasuke's doing here?", he was surprised and would not be second time......

It was THEN and now is NOW.
