no he can't recover from the damage, why would you think tsunade prohibited him not to use that jutsu ?

because if he don't throw the rasen shuriken then the attack will be a melee type, when it hit the target it also hurt the user chakra system thus will make him retire from being a ninja,

if you want to see how base sasuke and naruto fight will end up then you should see the manga where naruto and sasuke meet for the 1st time in part 2,

idk about that but without sharingan he become number 1 in the academy, sharingan is just a tool
having a sharingan it doesn't mean you will get auto power up, you need to train yourself to use that eye properly

If you say Sasuke vs Naruto, it is a loooong story that caused so much flame.
If a person becomes a full control Jinchuuriki(or even a simple Jinchuuriki as naruto was at 12), he has the right to use its power.
If a person is born with kekkei genkai, he has the full right to use it(Sharingan)
If you state that using a Bijuu isnt right, you should state that Sasuke should fight with normal eyes.
This means that that persons jutsus are limited to what they learned without using their eyes nor their bijuus help.

And Btw Uzumaki got the Body of Sage while Senju had other Powers of Sage But both Had one common from Sage that is Strength of Heart
