It's really between Tsunade, Hashirama, and Minato. Tsunade can pretty much outlast the majority of people. Minato can dodge most everyone. Hashirama has healing plus wood style.
So my vote goes for Hashirama

Its simple , tobirama won't last that long versus these guys thats why
hashirama knows water style too and genjutsu and taijutsu and his other ninjutsu

Yep it is a powerful genjutsu but i doubt he will catch anybody but tsunade with it , thats if they know its there and even if he gets one of them he will still be overpowered
