theory on sage mode in edo

yeah im thinking that sage mode isn't possible in edo. As everyone knows, to enter sage mode one needs to gather NATURAL energy and so forth. Since the edo person is dead and therefore UNNATURAL, wouldn't this be contradictory to natural laws, and therefore not possible? Thoughts?

EDIT: as for who this would apply to, it's just a theory cuz the thought went through my mind. I know there's another thread on Jiraya coming back but that's been shot down since kabuto already said he can't, and the fact that he needs old froggys help. but hey, there have been other sages before them too...as we saw on the frog scroll... never know
